Memories at Sunset is a great place for business meetings, workshops, planning retreats, training sessions, conferences, seminars, and corporate events. Conveniently located just off the Bypass Highway, our center is situated on a quiet site and offers a comfortable, business-friendly environment. With 6,000 square feet of space and flexible room arrangements, we can accommodate groups from 10 to 250.
We offer large and small meeting rooms, a boardroom, and the use of our outdoor patio. Small groups can even meet in cozy seating around the fireplace. We provide planning assistance and setup with tables or theater seating to serve your needs.
Our facility is equipped with an electronic podium, wireless internet service, built-in sound system, large-screen TV, event lighting, and remote-control window coverings. Services and support are available for presentations, teleconferencing, video recording, and internet access and posting.
Our conference services include delicious catered cuisine for breaks and meals. We have wine and beer service available for VIP receptions and other special occasions, and we offer a nice selection of local wines. We provide on-site service staff, trained to work discretely and efficiently behind the scenes. We take care of cleanup and go out of our way to assist you in creating a productive and successful business event.
